Apple’s latest iPad Air may be some sort of incremental upgrade over the previous-generation model, but it’s the most affordable way to get a device with the acclaimed M1 processor. You can get one of these tablets with a great CPU for less today, as the 2022 iPad Air is $50 off at Best Buy. The deal includes storage size and all available colors for the Wi-Fi model. That means the $599 64GB configuration is $549.99, and the 256GB model is down from $749 to $699.99. Earlier this month, we saw a slightly steeper $70 discount, but only on the 256GB version.
The iPad Air looks a lot like the 2020 version, but, in addition to its M1 guts, now has a Center Stage-compatible front-facing camera with a 12-megapixel resolution. It retains many other features, such as dual speakers built into the power button and a Touch ID fingerprint sensor, and luckily it’s compatible with all accessories for the 2020 Air.
