This Alienware m15 laptop features a powerful AMD Ryzen 7 5800H 8-core processor, 16GB of RAM, a 512GB SSD, and of course, an RTX 3070 graphics card. The RTX 3070 in this laptop has a TDP rating of 125W (115W + 10W dynamic boost), which is higher than the RTX 3070 TDP rating in most other gaming laptops. A higher TDP means more power to the graphics card, which directly equates to better gaming performance. Most laptops are willing to sacrifice gaming performance to save power and reduce heat, allowing for thinner laptop designs and more basic cooling. However, Alienware laptops put gaming performance first. The graphics card is more powerful, the proprietary “Cryo-Tech” cooling is more efficient at cooling the components, and the main trade-off is a slightly heavier 5.5-pound weight.

The Samsung CRG9 shares many of the same features as the Odyssey G9, but at a significantly lower price.Like the G9, it has the same 49″ panel size, the same 5140×1440 DQHD resolution, and the same HDR1000 quantum dot (QLED) panel with 95% DCI-P3 color space.
