A few days after the start of the Russian invasion, Wael Amr agreed to speak to our pillars with Maxime “Von Yaourt” Féreol about the situation in the country and that of the studio, Frogwares, whose future seemed uncertain at the time. given the unexpected circumstances in which the company and its employees found themselves then – and still see each other, like all Ukrainians. In a press release released today, Wael Amr wanted to provide news from Frogwares, while DLC M For confidentiality has now been released on consoles and PCs. New free trial available for buyers of the game’s Deluxe edition as well as part of the season.
Frogwares therefore managed to remain part of the business, thanks to the work of some of its employees who remained safe, either in Ukraine or in other EU countries. We multiply here, VerballyWael Amr Press Release Explains the Situation:
” No one on the team is expected to work, only those in power who want to. Some members of the group have become full-time volunteers in ongoing humanitarian efforts in the country. Others joined the defense forces. The rest are in various safe havens outside or inside the country and are ready to work remotely.
And we will continue to provide for all members of this group. For fighters or volunteers, each of their team positions awaits them at the end of the battle. But mostly thanks to the large number of workers who have fled Ukraine and moved to safer places that Frogwares can continue to work at this time.
We are an independent studio, with no outside finances, no investors or a parent company to keep us going. So it’s just us, and thanks to the support of our players who want to play our games that this studio will continue.
And as this war continues, we and the people around Ukraine, we see that even if they are not directly involved in the war, they are somehow continuing to do something about it. So when this is over and it is time to rebuild and restart, it will not start from scratch. »
