The recent spread has led to increased digitization, especially in the management of business documents and agencies. But how do I sign digital documents? In this training, kwgeek shows you how to use the free iOS and Android app to easily sign PDFs or photos.
The good news is, you don’t need fancy devices like the Galaxy S22 Ultra’s S Pen. You can easily use your fingers on the smartphone screen to create a digital copy of your signature. Of course, depending on the occasion, a simple signed photo may not be accepted, so make sure the recipient needs digital certificates or some other form of proof.

With the Adobe Account and the Complete & Signature app, your files can be stored in Document Cloud Document Storage. To store your document in the cloud, simply tap the document icon, then tap the cloud icon. You can then access your files online at acrobat.adobe.com.
There is also an option to share signed documents. Open the desired file and tap on the icon To share at the top of the screen. The smart sharing list will then open and provide standard options for sharing messaging apps, social networks or clouds.
There are other tools for signing documents, but this app is my favorite. Feel free to share your favorite blog or signature service with PDF forms in the comments!
