I haven’t talked to Sennheiser for a while. But German manufacturer may soon release a new wireless handset, Momentum True Wireless 3, soon. Recent floods have told us a lot about these ANC technical papers.

It is the German online airline Lufthansa that would have mistakenly revealed the first details of the Sennheiser True Wireless 3 before launch. Sennheiser fans had to wait two years for the replacement of the Momentum True Wireless 2, which was launched in early 2020.

Compared to its predecessors, the Sennheiser Momentum 3 will bring a design change to both the ear cup and the battery case. The metallic surface on the smooth surface of each ear, which vibrates like vinyl, seems to have been neglected. Meanwhile, we get a promotion case covering mesh fabric.
In terms of specifications, Momentum 3 will have the latest Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity with many features supported. Several Bluetooth codecs are mentioned on the product page, including SBC, AAC, and aptX Adaptive. These ensure good alignment while maintaining sound quality when switching from one music venue to another. Low latency is also a great addition for music streaming and SVOD.
There is also a mention of the ANC’s integrated system for mobile phones. Another highlight feature is the wireless charging support for Qi, which is not available in Momentum 2. The battery life will still be the same, up to 7 hours of operation and 28 hours using the boost box. Umbrella time is 90 minutes.

Price and Availability of Momentum Sennheiser True Wireless 3 with Hybrid ANC
Lufthansa WorldShop price for Momentum 3 is € 249 available on May 10, 2022. There are also reports that Amazon listed the two mobile phones for $ 249 before launching the product page. This is 50 euros less than the Momentum True Wireless 2, which sold for € 299 when it was released and is still close to € 250 today, even on the market.
According to the images revealed by the spill, there will be three colors: black, graphite and white. Sennheiser has already promised to announce the new earbuds sometime in April 2022 and is expected to confirm, or not, the details discussed in this article.
