Smartmi has just released Air-Purpose 2, its new air-cooled filter. Manufacturers claim that its new model has high-precision air sensors and is one of the first cleaners to achieve an allergy care degree.
- The Smartmi Air Filter 2 brings new features to it
- The new air filter has an OLED touch screen indicating the types of contaminants
- The Air Purifier 2 is available for $ 259.99.
For starters, Smartmi is not a new brand. It was founded by a private company from Xiaomi, similar to Mijia. The brand focuses on the production of a wide range of integrated air purifiers, and its products are available in major Western markets such as the United States and Europe.
Smartmi Air Filter 2: Cleaning Instructions
The Smartmi Air Filter 2 is more than the updated version of the P1 Air Filter that was launched last year. The Air Purifier 2 has a T “V Rheinland “Allergy Care” certification, making it one of the first air purifiers to achieve this certification. It also causes UV radiation, which you can activate or deactivate during air purification, including Hepa True and active carbon filters.
An air purifier has three sensors: PM2.5, PM10 and TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Compounds). Detected air levels and pollutants such as pollen were displayed on an OLED touch screen with temperature and humidity. The performance is similar to the more expensive Jya Fjord Pro Air Purifier that we recently tested.
