Many players think Eldon Ring To be an absolute masterpiece, but that doesn’t mean it’s completely free of criticism.

one of the more common Eldon Ring Complain about it’s tutorial section, Cave of Knowledge. At the start of the game (after you’ve been killed by the grafted scion and woke up underground), you have two options: you can walk up the door to start your adventure, or drop a hole to your right to start a brief tutorial.
Many critics have pointed out that this tutorial is actually pretty easy to miss, mainly because most gamers have been taught their whole lives that it’s bad to fall into a hole in a video game.
While there are some indications that the hole is a safe place, including a ghost literally pointing to it and a message explaining what’s there, many believe that’s not clear enough.
FromSoftware has clearly heard this criticism.As part of the game’s substantial patch 1.04, the new Eldon Ring Now, when the player approaches the tutorial area, a large message will appear on the screen.
“Jump out of the hole ahead and you’ll find the hole of knowledge,” the message explained. “There, you can learn more about game controls and basics, as well as other tips that might help you in your adventures in Lands Between.”
You really can’t make it any clearer than that, can you?
