Eve Online subscriptions are increasing, including a one-month fee, the first increase since 2004.
In a blog post defending the changes (thanks to PCGN), the CCP said the boost “reflects global trends affecting general production costs and accounts for years of inflation” and was introduced to “continue investment” The Development and Growth of Eve Online”.

As a result, the changes that go into effect on May 17 affect the cost of Omega and PLEX, the former introducing two new options (two months and 24 months), while the latter is the in-game currency, “completely restructured”.
Currently we have only received changes that apply to the US dollar, but the post makes it clear that “these adjustments will have an impact on other currencies”. Monthly subscriptions jumped from $15 to $20, three months from $39 to $48, six months from $72 to $87, and 12 months from $131 to $150.
