Since 2019, Microsoft has provided a native feature to receive notifications from Android smartphones directly on the PC. We explain how to do it.
First, you need a PC with Windows 10 version higher than 1803 (Insider 19H1, 18885) and an Android smartphone with Android Nougat 7.0 or higher and at least 1 GB RAM.
Then you will need to download these two apps:
- On your Windows PC: download phone link from the Microsoft Store
- On your Android smartphone: Download the app Link with Windows From Google Play Store

Before completing the setup, you need to allow Link to Windows to access your notifications.To do this, click View my notifications > Open phone settings. On your phone, you should be taken to Device and app notifications > Press allow in the confirmation window that appears.
