GameStop has sent an email to customers notifying them of the latest PS5 restock, which will be in-store on Saturday, April 23rd. However, anyone interested in trying to get their hands on a PlayStation 5 console with the latest restock needs to keep a few things in mind.

For one thing, the latest GameStop PS5 restock is exclusive to the company’s PowerUp Rewards Pro members. GameStop PowerUp Rewards Pro is a membership program where customers can sign up for a variety of benefits, one of which is the first deals on new console stock. However, just being a PowerUp Rewards Pro member doesn’t guarantee a PlayStation 5 during the April 23 restocking. Supply is still very limited, so prepare accordingly.

Another thing to keep in mind is that customers won’t be able to buy standalone PS5 consoles through restocking. They will have to buy the PS5 bundle. There will be four PS5 bundles available for shoppers to choose from, two with the standard PS5 disc console and two with the PS5 digital console. The first disc bundle includes PS5, Horizon Forbidden West, racing 7and Black Pulse 3D Wireless Headphones. The second disc pack includes a PS5 console, Horizon Forbidden West, MLB Show 22A $50 PlayStation Network Card with a bonus Major League Baseball content, and a $50 GameStop gift card. Pricing information for these bundles is not available at the time of writing.
The first PS5 Digital Edition bundle includes the console, Cosmic Red DualSense wireless controller, PowerA DualSense charging station and Horizon Forbidden West and racing 7. The PS5 digital console can’t play discs, so one would assume the games are digital download codes, but it doesn’t specify, and the images provided show the physical box. Finally, the second PS5 Digital Edition bundle includes the console, a white DualSense wireless controller, 12 months of PlayStation Plus, a $75 GameStop gift card, and a PowerA DualSense charging station.
