The Lost Ark Rumored Battle Pass is now officially released and available.
Amazon Games confirmed in a blog post that Ark Pass will be included in the action RPG as part of the April update, which is releasing today.
Battle Passes work in the same way as Fortnite or Call of Duty: players simply play the game or, in some cases, complete certain objectives to get through levels to earn different rewards.
The regular Ark Pass is free and offers a variety of rewards across 30 levels, including mounts, Pirate Coins, and honing material selection boxes.
The other two versions of the pass are available for an additional fee. The Premium Ark Pass costs 1,500 Royal Crystals and adds additional rewards at each level, including Vertus Pets, Harmony Chests, and Gems.
The Super Premium Ark Pass costs 3,000 Royal Crystals and includes all previous rewards, as well as a selection of chests from the Noble Banquet skin collection, matching wallpapers, and some legendary Harmony chests.

Royal Crystals are available in sets: 1,000 pieces for $9.99, 2,200 pieces for $19.99, and 5,750 pieces for $49.99.
Also in today’s Lost Ark update, there’s a new martial artist premium class, Glaivier, which uses a short spear in Flurry Stance and a Warblade in Focus Stance. Players are encouraged to use both modes, as different abilities are activated when switching poses.
The new South Fern region is also now live, requiring item level 1,340 as the second Tier 3 continent in the game. It contains new quests, characters, and stories centered on Queen Irene and Knight Commander Evel.
Several other additions have also arrived in the April update, including new timed events and dozens of bug fixes, balance tweaks, and additions to the Lost Ark Store.
Lost Ark has proven to be hugely popular on PC since its release in the West in February, ranking as the second most popular game of all time on Steam and amassing over 20 million players.
The launch wasn’t without problems, though, with Amazon Gaming recently admitting that it released its first major update shortly after launch, forcing players to pay for content that was supposed to be free.
It’s also been criticized for having gender-locked classes, meaning only men can be fighters, women can be mages, etc., as well as its revealing outfits for female characters, although these issues have been addressed to some extent.
In our 8/10 review, IGN said: “The Lost Ark is a very generous free ARPGMMO that draws a lot from Diablo – including its cliché about humans and heaven teaming up against demons story.”
