One of Elden Ring’s toughest bosses is now even trickier.
This is thanks to a bug in the latest update that caused the infamous Malenia to repair itself when summoning other players to help.
The bug was spotted by now-legendary player Let Me Solo Her, who often left a summoning sign outside of boss fights to help those trying to defeat her.
The player’s YouTube video shows the problem: Malenia is designed to repair itself, but only when it hits the player. Now, if another player is summoned, she can heal herself at any time.
The latest update has more intentionally nerfed the Swarm of Flies spell, which was previously a popular tactic against Malenia. Other balance changes are also included.
Thanks to a new mod Let Me Solo She’s even been made into summonable spiritual ashes.
