Suddenly, Samsung unveiled another mid-range phone. The Galaxy M53 has a quad-core image module with a 108 MP screen. We still do not know if this affordable smartphone will come to France – but it will definitely come to Europe.
- The Galaxy M53 was unveiled on Samsung’s official website yesterday
- Prices and availability are still unknown.
- The device includes a 120Hz screen and a 5000mAh battery
Samsung has unveiled its new flagship smartphone. Without major notice, the Galaxy M53 has been on the line since yesterday at Samsung’s venue. As the number “53” suggests, the newcomer will share some of the Galaxy A53 editions that are also still very close. But on the back, we also see a clear difference.

A MediaTek SoC instead of Exynos?
The A53 and M53 share many features, but there are also differences. Samsung has not yet announced the exact processor, but according to our friends at WinFutureMediaTek’s Dimensity 900 should be used instead of the new Exynos 1280.
As you can see in the picture above, the picture module is also completely different, both visually and technically. While the A53 module is equipped with a 64 MP main lens, it is a 108 MP sensor which is in the game here. The rest of the sensors (8 MP ultra wide angle, 2 MP deep and 2 MP macro) are lower, however.
On the front, like other new mid-range models, there is a 32 MP selfie lens and the battery is also equivalent to 5000 mAh. It can be charged up to 25 watts and will not bet on the winds in the box. The device also has 6 GB of RAM, 128 GB of expandable memory and 6.7-inch AMOLED. This gives you FHD + resolution and a boost rate of 120 Hertz.
As predicted, Samsung has shipped Android 12 smartphone, which is based on OneUI 4.1. The smartphone is compatible with 5G, Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.2 when it comes to connectivity.
Prices and availability are still unknown
Unfortunately, Samsung hid some information from us. Therefore, the new smartphone should be available within a few weeks, but we do not yet know the price.
The Galaxy M53, which will receive brown, blue and green colors, is also expected to be unveiled in Europe. But the diversity of the Galaxy M is generally very limited in terms of access to France. This is the only variant that sells online, and the numbers are very limited.
Do you think we need Samsung in the middle of another smartphone? What price do you think Samsung will bring to the European market?
