The current company name SNK is Electronic Sports Development Company, under the founding of MiSK which was founded on October 14, 2020 and is headed by Abdullah Abdulrahman AlAyadhi. Based on a bid of 37,197 won each share, the Riyadh-based company paid 2 552 million to take over the management of SNK. Beneficiaries of 2018, 2019 and 2020, SNK however published a net loss of milyan 8 million at the end of its fiscal year ending July 31, 2021.
