Basically, it’s got a gorgeous display, the return of the Magsafe power connector, a lovely keyboard, and most importantly, a ton of power reserves.
Of course, it’s not without its shortcomings. When it comes to gaming, you’ll almost certainly have some issues with the new chip architecture. But as M1 becomes more common, this will almost certainly decrease. If you’re worried about other software tripping you up, Apple supports many Intel-based apps, but no native M1 support.
Basically, you can get a great computer for $200 off its normal price right now.
