Vivo has now introduced the X Fold, its first foldable phone. This powerful folding flag has many technical assets, including its large 8-inch screen and Zeiss camera, to compete with any 2022 flag.

Vivo X fold: It is a very expensive technical paper
The Vivo X Fold offers technical specifications worthy of the best of 2022. Includes 6.53-inch AMOLED FHD + external screen and 8-inch AMOLED E5 2K + internal screen. Both screens have a 120Hz update rate and HDR10 + certification. The main screen uses LTPO 2.0 technology and therefore has a switching frequency that can be reduced to 1Hz.

Vivo does not use one, but two ultrasonic scanners under the display X Fold, instead of the fingerprint sensor found in the Galaxy Z Fold 3. But like Samsung’s smartphone doubles, hinge X fold is hidden when the main display is fully open .

Vivo X fold: camera, price and availability
Vivo did not omit the details of its folded flag camera. At the back, there is a four-dimensional image module with Zeiss optics. The main camera has a 50 MP Samsung GN5 processor with f / 1.8. It comes with an 8 MP periscope sensor with x5 optical zoom and stabilization similar to the main sensor, a 12 MP telephoto lens and an 48 MP ultra wide angle camera. Each screen has a 16 MP wide angle selfie camera.
The Vivo X Fold runs on Android 12 OS and will initially be available in China at an initial price of 8,999 yuan, or less than 1,300 euros. Smartphones are available in black, gray or blue.

Vivo X Note: Large flag with 7-inch screen
In addition to the X Fold, the Chinese manufacturer also introduced the Vivo X Note, its new flagship with a larger screen and an expensive technical data sheet. The X Note sits at the border between smartphones and tablets to some extent as it has a 7-inch AMOLED screen with QHD + resolution and 120Hz resolution.Galaxy S22 Ultra and iPhone 13 Pro Max, but it is the simplest of the three.
The X note is also IP68 certified and incorporates a large ultrasonic imaging fluid at the bottom of the screen. Vivo claims that the fingerprint sensor is 50,000 times safer if you use two fingers when drawing instead of just one. On the back, we get the same quad-ray image module with Zeiss optics as the X-fold, but the main focus is on the 50 MP ISOCELL GN1 which is larger.

Underneath the code is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC with 8 or 12 GB of RAM. While the 5,000 mAh battery may be better, the X Note has 80W faster charging. The main phone should charge fully in just 32 minutes!
The Vivo X memory is priced at 6,000 yuan, or around 867 euros, and will be available in April in China.
