Apple has deployed the first beta version of iOS 16.5 to beta testers since March 28. This release includes the ability to start screen recordings on iPhone with or without sound using Siri voice commands. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to enable it.

iOS 16.5 Beta 1 is for testers and developers, and further updates will follow until the final version is released. The first beta of iOS 16.5 brings an important innovation to Siri. You’ll soon have the option to start screen recording with a voice command.
How to start iPhone screen recorder with Siri?
Right now, enabling screen recording isn’t as easy as taking a screenshot on your iPhone.You must first set up from the Control Center section.
Then you can start screen recording by visiting control center and press record buttonand then press the stop button to end recording.
In iOS 16.5, Apple added a shortcut to quickly start and end screen recordings using simple Siri voice commands similar to screencasting, which was added a few years ago.

- Launch Siri with a long press on the side or home button.
- You can also activate Siri by using the phrase “wake Assistant”Hey Siri“
- by saying “start screen recording“
- To end the recording, just say “stop screen recording“
To view recordings, you need to tap the pop-up at the top of your iPhone or find them in the gallery.
If you’re not using the iOS 16.5 beta, you’ll have to wait for the final release, which should be available by the end of April, according to the manufacturer’s version history.
