Like the Apple Watch, the Pixel Watch has integrated fall detection, which is integrated into the smartwatch’s Emergency SOS service. It allows the Pixel Watch to automatically call primary contacts when it detects a sudden fall. The feature is rated for acceleration up to 32 g-force, but Google clarified that not all falls will be detected.
Coincidentally, one person managed to get the feature before the official launch after updating the Pixel Watch to the December firmware. After the watch is reset, a prompt appears asking to set up fall detection. It can be inferred that this functionality is also available to other users.

Google notes that the feature and international calls are not available in all regions and countries. For France, autodial is not supported. How to activate the SOS function of Pixel Watch?
In addition to fall detection, the Pixel Watch also has an emergency SOS feature. However, instead of calling one of your favorite contacts, the watch will default to giving you the option to call for emergency help. It comes with an emergency location service that shares your GPS coordinates to easily find you if you are in a remote area.
