Airversa introduces its first connected purifier compatible with Apple Homekit and Thread wireless protocols. Airversa Purelle or AP2 is a connected, compact and portable air purifier designed to clean medium to large rooms with low noise and a tertiary filtration system.
- Airversa’s Purelle AP2 Connected Air Purifier supports Thread and Apple Homekit
- Connected purifier with 130 CADR capacity and low noise purification
- It costs 200 euros but is not yet available in France
This year, we’ve seen the arrival of Thread-enabled wearables as more and more brands focus on enhanced security features. Airversa’s newest Purelle connected air purifier acts as a Thread router. The technology provides better protection through a separate mesh network.
Features of Airversa Purelle Connected Air Purifiers
For basic cleaning, the Airversa Purelle has a speed of 130 CADR (221 m³/h), which is equivalent to cleaning a 93 m² room in 60 minutes, but should be faster in optimally sized rooms. The purifier uses a 3-stage True HEPA filtration system. It removes 99.97% of the most common contaminants down to 0.3 microns.

Additionally, the purifier uses a PM2.5 sensor that allows you to check the air quality on the built-in touchscreen. There’s also an LED ring that changes color based on ambient air quality. Sleep mode produces only 28dB of noise and can be accessed directly on the screen or through the Sleekpoint app.
Additionally, users can enjoy connected programming and voice commands through Siri, as long as they have an Apple Hub. There is no mention that the device will be compatible with future Matter standards.
The Airversa Purelle (AP2) is priced at 200 euros, but has yet to be officially released in France. It should start selling on the manufacturer’s Amazon store soon.
