A ton of deals happened today, and I’m excited to share some of them with you. The most impressive (and unexpected) deal is Apple’s 2021 iPad Mini, which gets a design overhaul similar to the iPad Air. Normally $499.99 for the 64GB Wi-Fi version, now you can get it for $399.99 at Amazon, Best Buy, and Target. That’s nearly $50 more than the best price ever. Given that this is such an aggressive, ubiquitous deal, this could see some color options sell out quickly. If you’re interested in more storage, there’s also a $100 discount on the 256GB configuration, priced at $549.99 instead of $649.99.
The 2021 iPad Mini features an 8.3-inch display and is powered by the A15 Bionic chipset. One of its big advantages over the more affordable base iPad is its USB-C charging port, which allows for wider compatibility with accessories. The second-generation Apple Pencil can be stuck on one side to charge to activate. Read our review.

It’s also a banner day for Nintendo Switch owners who haven’t bought yet Animal Crossing: New Horizons. At GameStop, Best Buy, and Target, you can craft, meet islanders, catch bugs, and more, all down to $39.99. The game normally sells for $59.99, and among the Nintendo Switch exclusives, the price cut doesn’t take the game below $15. But today, you can get $20 off both the digital and physical versions. When it comes to Switch games, ring fit for adventure Also saw a return to its lowest price. Normally $79.99 (and hard to find at regular prices early in the pandemic), it’s now $54.99 at Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and Amazon. The game includes a Pilates ring, and through its single-player campaign, it will let you stretch, do yoga poses, squats, and more to beat enemies. It was a surprisingly fun (and physically engaging) experience. The kit includes a leg strap that you can also use Nintendo Switch Sports play football.

The good deals don’t stop there. Amazon, Walmart and Best Buy have the 41mm Apple Watch Series 7 – Apple’s newest smartwatch – at great prices. Normally $399, it has dropped back to its lowest price of $329. We’ve seen this price several times, but the $70 discount on the latest Apple product is nothing to sneeze at. This price applies to a variety of colorways, including watches with blue, green, black, red or white straps. Read our review.
If you have bigger wrists or just prefer a bigger display, the 45mm model won’t be much more expensive. There’s also a $70 deal on this one, bringing the price down to $359.
