Bend Studio has revealed its new logo as part of a retrospective of the studio posted on the PlayStation Blog. Gained traction in the PS1/PS2/PSP (Syphon Filter) and PS4 (Days Gone) generations, the studio has also played supporting roles for other studios’ licenses: Retribution (PSP) and Uncharted: Golden Abyss (PSVita). On PS5 Last week, the Oregon studio was once again directed to develop a new license, and Sony management never seemed to actually think about making Days Gone 2.
Today, the Bend Studio team confirmed its new license”Include multiplayer“and it’s based on”In the Days Gone open world system”, not sure what it is. Using vehicles? Managing hordes of enemies? One thing’s for sure, if Bend Studio is proudly situated in the North Cascades of the American West, the 130-person studio has recently embraced telecommuting to facilitate Its hiring. There are currently over 22 vacancies, many of which are remote.
