German company Beyerdynamics, which has been making audio products for nearly a century, has launched Free Byrds. These high-end headphones are the brand’s first compact wireless ANC headphones.

Free Byrd headphones have a compact size and include 10mm audio drivers. These allow a frequency response from 10 Hz to 22 kHz. Gamers and streamers can use low-latency options. In addition, the Free Byrd earbuds boast IPX4 water resistance and Qualcomm’s custom dual microphone technology.
In terms of codec, the Beyerdynamic wireless headset supports Bluetooth 5.2 and is compatible with adaptive aptX, AAC and SBC codecs. As with Mifo S Sport ANC Ready, you can take advantage of Transparency Mode. Activated with a simple touch gesture on the handset, it is very convenient when in public. There is also an LED lighting system on each handset.

The earphones have a battery life of 11 hours, which is longer than Sennheiser’s Momentum True Wireless 3 at the same price. Use the charging case for up to 30 hours. Supports wireless charging via USB-C and Qi standards.
As for connected features, Free Byrds are compatible with Google Fast Pair. Unique to Android, this feature locates or rings Free Byrds. You can also use Siri and Alexa with these headphones. Finally, the Mosayc section of the MIY app allows you to create a personal listening profile, which can then be synced with Free Byrds.
